Job Summary

Own the patient intake and conversion engine for a new clinic, guiding patients from first contact to appointment completion while building local awareness and referral channels.

  • Inbound & follow-up: manage calls, texts, and online inquiries to convert interest into booked appointments.
  • Clinic flow & patient experience: ensure smooth check-ins, clear pricing, and a professional environment from start to finish.
  • Community growth: build referral relationships with local wellness partners and participate in events to drive volume.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Support & Clinic Flow
  • Welcome and check in patients
  • Guide patients through the appointment process
  • Help patients complete applications, renewals, and required documentation
  • Clearly explain pricing, appointment flow, and next steps
  • Coordinate with providers and help keep appointments running smoothly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
  • Provide excellent service from first contact through completion
  • Lead Follow-Up & Patient Conversion
  • Work inbound leads from company marketing, including calls, texts, and online inquiries
