Responsibilities

• Design short-form content growth strategies per client
• Build 90–180 day content roadmaps tied to growth goals
• Architect scalable viral content & distribution systems
• Write/refine short-form scripts, hooks, and storytelling frameworks
• Lead client onboarding calls and weekly strategy meetings
• Analyze performance data and iterate strategy accordingly
• Guide clients/internal teams on creative direction and growth opportunities
• Track trends and platform algorithm shifts

Requirements

• 3–8 years in content, growth, or creative strategy
• Direct client-facing background (agency or consulting)
• Proven experience running client onboarding + weekly strategy calls
• Track record building 90–180 day roadmaps/growth strategies
• Strong short-form scripting/hook-writing/storytelling expertise
• Demonstrated content with 1M+ views (proof required)
• Strong verbal communication/presentation skills
• Clear, provable performance results
