About the Role

We’re not looking for a traditional account manager.

We’re looking for a high-ownership Client Success Manager who can operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment, someone who is organized, technically capable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

You will own a portfolio of clients and be responsible for:

• Keeping communication tight and proactive
• Ensuring deliverables stay on track
• Aligning internal teams with client expectations
• Creating structure in an environment that is still scaling

If you need rigid processes and constant direction, this is not the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 15–20 client accounts
• Lead client calls (weekly/bi-weekly), set agendas, and manage follow-ups
• Translate client requests into clear internal tasks (Notion/Slack)
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Communicate updates, wins, and priorities to clients consistently
• Collaborate with SEO, PPC, web, and content teams to align execution
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and client outcomes
• Maintain full visibility into all client work and account status

What We’re Really Looking For

• Based in or near Boca Raton, FL
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI tools (Claude, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple clients and shifting priorities without losing detail
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ability to problem-solve independently and think critically

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management
• Experience in a marketing agency or digital environment preferred
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, or web projects is a strong plus
• Experience with CRM or project management tools (Notion, Asana, etc.)
