Job Summary

Own the client-services workflow by delivering programs on time and on budget, while drafting content, supporting PR, and shaping multi-channel marketing efforts to drive client success.

Client Delivery: Manage day-to-day programs, project execution, and meeting preparation to ensure client satisfaction.
Content & PR Support: Draft press releases, blogs, social and email content; assist with media lists, pitches, and follow-ups.
Marketing & Representation: Contribute to SEO/SEM, social strategy, and active presence at events to strengthen client partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day client programs alongside our Directors
Execute projects on time, on budget and beyond expectations
Draft and develop content (press releases, blogs, social, email campaigns and more)
Assist with PR efforts, including creating media lists, pitching and follow-up
Contribute to marketing initiatives like SEO/SEM and social media strategy
Prepare for and actively participate in client and internal meetings
Build strong relationships with clients and team members
Represent dovetail solutions in the community and at events

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in marketing, PR, communications, public affairs or similar
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong understanding of PR and marketing tools and tactics
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for client success
BA/BS in marketing, public relations, communications, political affairs, business or related field
