Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled phone and reception backup using approved greetings, verification, routing, and escalation procedures.
• Capture complete, accurate messages and protect confidential information.
• Research, outline, draft, and revise approved blog topics using credible sources.
• Write for an educated audience without giving individualized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
• Maintain source logs and submit all content for editorial and compliance approval; interns do not publish directly.

Requirements

• Sophomores, juniors, and seniors may apply; reliable in-office attendance is essential.
• Majors We Will Consider: Communications, public relations, journalism, English, professional writing, marketing, digital media, advertising, business administration, psychology, hospitality, finance, financial planning, accounting, economics, or pre-law.
• Strong writing samples and service judgment matter more than a particular major.
