Responsibilities

• Get to know the partners we write for
• You're a people person. You're comfortable asking slightly uncomfortable questions, figuring out what makes someone tick, and getting them fired up about it.
• You'll build relationships with founders and employees, lead conversations, find interesting stories, and help people become comfortable sharing their ideas in public.
• Turn those conversations into ideas
• You'll develop concepts and first drafts for roughly two to three social posts per week, per client, with support and review from our team.
• We have separate design support, so your focus is on the ideas and people behind them. You don't have to be the world's greatest writer. You do have to be curious, thoughtful, and excited to get better.
• See things through.
• Making the thing is half the battle. The other half is keeping people accountable and getting everything across the finish line.
• You'll co-own client relationships with our founder, run calls, manage communication, coordinate creative work, and make sure what we promise actually happens.
• Our goal is to make the entire experience nearly effortless for our clients. We'll give you the systems, support, and autonomy to make that happen.

Requirements

• We don’t care where you went to school or how many years of experience you have.
• We care that you’re ambitious, autonomous, and genuinely interested in people.
• You’re excited about startups and technology, and interested in social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Most importantly, you see a problem and want to solve it without needing to be told exactly how.
