Job Summary

Own the end-to-end client journey for pre-event prospecting, on-site service, and post-event follow-up to drive loyalty and sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead pre-event prospecting and proactive outreach to cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients for Out-of-Network and Leased Partnership events.
  • Manage direct interactions with clients before, during, and after events to build long-term loyalty, drive retention, and elevate the overall luxury experience.
  • Curate highly personalized product selections and client journeys based on individual preferences, profiles, and purchase history
  • Partner with open leased concessions post event to delegate client cultivation
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, consignment goals, and client conversion metrics during out-of-network and leased partnership events
  • Incorporate exceptional brand and product knowledge into the selling ceremony to maximize cross-selling, units sold per transaction, and overall transaction value.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments seamlessly, acting as the point of contact for top-tier clients attending leased partnership events in places where a Client Advisor cannot attend event with their client
  • Partner closely with local department store teams (including personal shoppers and stylists) to confirm client appointments, host kick-off meetings, and share seasonal inspiration.
  • Ensure seamless order fulfillment by managing the follow-up process, coordinating shipping, alterations, and tracking details with department store leadership post-event.
  • Capture all relevant customer information accurately in the CRM database and meet all inventory control and shrink expectations during remote events.

Requirements

  • Business School, University or “equivalent experience”
  • A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a strong focus on clienteling, business development, or client coordination, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in offsite events, trunk shows, or remote selling is highly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft applications.
  • Exceptional networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Desire and ability to travel 50-75% of the time, focusing on sales and client development in a remote retail setting.
  • Passion for luxury products with a deep appreciation for design and craftsmanship.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and utilize various clienteling and operational software programs.
  • Service-oriented, highly organized, and deeply customer-focused.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

  • Languages: Fluent in English; foreign languages are a strong plus.
