Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and increase booked appointments.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Improve lead generation and conversion from website visitors, social media, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
• Track leads from initial inquiry through booking and purchase.
• Develop campaigns for services including injectables, laser treatments, facials, massage, body treatments, and memberships.
• Create strategies to increase repeat visits, memberships, packages, and client retention.
• Identify opportunities to reactivate past clients and convert inactive leads.
• Improve local SEO, Google Business Profile visibility, reviews, and local search performance.
• Work with the team on social media campaigns, promotions, email marketing, and SMS marketing.
• Develop referral, partnership, influencer, and community outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, client acquisition, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising, SEO, social media, email, and SMS marketing.
• Experience generating measurable leads, appointments, or sales.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer acquisition.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and make decisions based on performance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Experience with healthcare, medical aesthetics, med spas, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or other local service businesses is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or client-management systems is a plus
