Responsibilities

• manage 40 client accounts in the Letting and Estate agent sector, based throughout the UK
• manage their marketing campaigns, their CRM automations and liaising with our ad team regarding the performance of campaigns
• nurture our customers through email communications
• manage monthly catch up calls, and report on performance
• liaise with our ads team to keep your clients campaigns on track
• co-ordinate and send our reporting files
• track their success
• be their point of contact and keep communicating based upon previous conversations
• keep our client database up-to-date
• refer to other opportunities within the group of businesses where suited

Requirements

• You have served some time managing client accounts in marketing, such as paid ad campaigns
• You understand funnel marketing and automations
• You have an interest in AI
• You understand the needs of marketing for businesses
• You love to help and serve people, and you can demonstrate this
• You are reliable, conscientious, and courteous
• You understand the importance of completing tasks with accuracy, and keeping others in the loop
