Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the executive team. This remote-first role is designed for a versatile leader who can manage complex cross-functional projects, streamline internal communications, and ensure that our regional initiatives align with eToro’s global mission of democratizing financial education and access.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Partner with leadership to define, prioritize, and track progress on long-term business objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Operational Oversight: Drive process improvements across departments to enhance efficiency and scalability within the US operations.
• Executive Support: Manage the executive’s rhythm of business, including preparing for board meetings, high-level presentations, and critical stakeholder engagements.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead special projects and strategic initiatives that require collaboration between marketing, compliance, product, and finance teams.
• Communication Hub: Facilitate seamless communication flow between the US executive office and global headquarters, ensuring cultural and operational alignment.
• Business Intelligence: Synthesize market data and internal performance metrics to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 7-10+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a senior operations role, ideally within a regulated Fintech or Brokerage environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• Strategic Skills: Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• Regulatory Familiarity: Understanding of the financial services regulatory landscape in the United States is a significant advantage.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, remote-work environment and manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
