Job Summary

Own global marketing leadership to drive brand growth, cross-border expansion, and multi-channel GTM for a tech-focused organization.

Growth & Expansion: Own international brand strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and executive-aligned GTM plans to accelerate market entry and expansion.
Brand & Content Engine: Lead content, social, PR, and community programs to strengthen the company’s global presence and audience engagement.
Partnerships & Insights: Manage media relations and external partnerships while turning market trends and competitive signals into strategy for the U.S. subsidiary.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies
Build and strengthen the company’s international brand presence
Lead digital marketing, social media, PR, and community growth initiatives
Oversee content strategy, campaigns, and brand communications
Collaborate closely with executive leadership on business expansion plans
Manage external partnerships, media relations, and industry collaborations
Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive positioning
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team for the U.S. subsidiary
Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies for emerging technology solutions
Drive audience engagement across digital platforms and professional networks

Requirements

8+ years of marketing leadership experience
Previous experience as CMO, VP Marketing, or senior marketing executive preferred
Strong understanding of digital technologies, online platforms, and innovation-driven industries
Experience working in international or high-growth startup environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Proven track record in brand growth and market expansion
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Ability to work in a fast-moving and collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Experience in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms
Familiarity with global online communities and emerging technology ecosystems
International business development or cross-border marketing experience
Existing media, partnership, or industry network connections are a plus
