Responsibilities

• This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Marketing Officer.
• The CMO will lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, overseeing market planning, market research, and public relations efforts.
• Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, fostering brand growth, driving sales initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Market Planning and Market Research, including developing and executing strategic plans based on consumer and industry insights
• Strong skills in Public Relations, with the ability to manage brand reputation and build effective communication strategies
• Experience in Marketing Management to oversee marketing teams and ensure cohesive campaign execution
• Proficiency in Sales strategy development to drive revenue growth and align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a remote work environment
• Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
