Job Description

Drive enrollment growth and multi-channel marketing leadership for Spanish Schoolhouse at the senior level, owning budget, CRM analytics, team development, and brand across locations.

  • Own enrollment growth — retain families, replace attrition, and drive new enrollments across all corporate schools
  • Lead multi-channel lead generation — digital, paid social, organic, print, events, and referrals
  • Manage the marketing budget with full P&L accountability and channel optimization
  • Own CRM integrity and analytics — ensure data accuracy and interpret funnel performance
  • Build and inspire a team of enrollment specialists and customer service professionals
  • Ensure brand consistency across channels and schools with authentic messaging for Hispanic and general markets
  • Create unforgettable school tours that convert prospective families
  • Champion Spanish immersion at community events and through parent communications

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years at CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent senior leadership
  • Demonstrated results driving consumer enrollment or comparable growth metrics
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience marketing to multicultural audiences, particularly Hispanic consumers
  • Consumer marketing targeting parents and/or families
  • Background in multi-location, franchise, or growth-stage companies
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital marketing analytics tools
  • Bilingual / Bicultural (Spanish) strongly desired
