Responsibilities

• As a member of the executive leadership team, the CMO will play a key role in shaping the company's brand identity and driving growth

Requirements

• Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to support strategic decision-making
• Strong backgrounds in Public Relations and Marketing Management with the ability to craft compelling campaigns
• Proficiency in managing and directing Sales efforts to align with overall marketing and business objectives
• Proven leadership in developing and leading high-performing marketing teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across levels
• Demonstrated success in branding and positioning, particularly within the luxury or premium product sector, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred
• 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including executive leadership
