Responsibilities

• The CMO will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, including market research, brand building, public relations, and sales enablement.
• The role includes leading a marketing team, setting goals to drive growth, analyzing industry trends, and ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and organizational objectives.
• The CMO will play a key role in promoting Intelect’s innovative solutions and strengthening client engagement.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities
• Strong skills in Marketing Management and Sales strategy development to boost revenue and enhance brand positioning
• Experience in Public Relations, including crafting and delivering messages to strengthen the company's public image
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and driving organizational success
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or systems integration industry is a plus
