Requirements

• Proven experience in Market Planning and Market Research with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
• Strong proficiency in Public Relations and building relationships with stakeholders, media agencies, and the community.
• Skilled in Marketing Management, including campaign planning, brand management, and digital marketing practices.
• Understanding of Sales strategies and the ability to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred

• Experience in the real estate or similar industries is a plus.
• MBA preferred.
