Job Summary

Own and optimize global growth systems across GTM, revenue, and AI-enabled analytics to drive ARR, LTV, and international expansion.

Growth Platform Ownership: design, govern, and scale enterprise growth models and predictive analytics.
Market Expansion and GTM: lead international growth initiatives, regional frameworks, and alignment with product strategy.
Optimization and ROI: implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization of acquisition, retention, and LTV.

Requirements

15–25+ years of experience in growth or general business
Experience managing global growth systems
Experience leading large-scale revenue organizations
Educational Background
Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Engineering

Preferred

Experience in AI or digital growth is preferred
