Job Description

Responsibilities

Client delivery across the portfolio, including our most complex, highest-value accounts
Senior client relationships with founders and CMOs
Recruiting, onboarding, and developing growth talent as we build a second pod
Coaching our existing growth, creative, and retention leads

Requirements

Hands-on Meta/Google media buying experience
Fluency in unit economics: contribution profit, gross margin, allowable CAC
Full-funnel experience across acquisition, CRO, retention, and creative
Proven leadership through something genuinely hard
A track record of building and developing teams
