Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The CCO will oversee the organization’s commercial strategy and revenue-generating operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, leading sales and account management teams, setting and managing budgets, and driving strategic planning processes. The CCO will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s client base, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with the ability to devise and execute impactful growth strategies
• Strong skills in Sales and Account Management, with a focus on driving customer engagement and satisfaction
• Experience with Budgeting and financial management to ensure efficient resource allocation and revenue optimization
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and foster collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in business consulting or a related field is highly desirable
