Own and rotate through global marketing streams, gaining exposure to multi-brand strategy, calendars, and competitive analysis, with path to an Assistant Manager‑level role after program completion.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing PA will interact with senior executives within our powerhouse brands and functions.
  • Participants will also gain exposure to the global marketing strategy of the organization and how it is implemented throughout the regions and affiliates.
  • They will gain a comprehensive understanding of ELC brand marketing calendars and competitive analysis.
  • Sample Rotations: North America, 360 Marketing, Clinique
  • Sample Rotations: Global 360 Marketing, La Mer
  • Sample Rotations: Global Consumer Insights, MAC Cosmetics
  • Post-Program Placement: Upon successful completion of the program, PAs are considered for Assistant Manager-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the PA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 (or advanced degree with same graduation dates and up to one year of full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies)
  • Relevant Marketing-related internship or work experience
  • Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
  • Ability to relocate to New York City
