Overview
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Center Director to lead and manage our dynamic educational facility. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, fostering a vibrant learning environment, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the center’s success. As a Center Director, you will be the driving force behind creating an inspiring space that promotes educational excellence, community engagement, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will empower staff, support students, and uphold the center’s mission to deliver impactful educational experiences.

Duties

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center’s educational and operational goals
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation aligned with organizational priorities
• Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated and effective team
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration among educators, students, and community partners
• Ensure compliance with educational policies, accreditation standards, and safety regulations
• Lead curriculum development initiatives and support teaching staff in delivering high-quality instruction
• Coordinate outreach efforts to engage families, local organizations, and stakeholders in center activities and programs

Experience

• Proven management experience in an educational or administrative setting, preferably within a university or higher education environment
• Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational management
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive change
• Experience in education administration with knowledge of curriculum development and teaching methodologies
• Familiarity with university systems or higher education policies is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences including staff, students, and community partners
• Prior experience in managing budgets and overseeing operational logistics within an educational context

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
