• Enterprise Storytelling & Content Leadership
• Translate enterprise messaging into clear, compelling content across formats
• Develop content in modular formats to enable reuse, adaptation, and personalization across channels
• Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and storytelling across all content outputs
• Simplify complex topics into content that is easy to understand and act upon
• Team Leadership & Content Delivery
• Lead and develop a team of content creators and editorial specialists
• Oversee end-to-end development of content deliverables
• Set priorities and manage workload to meet business needs
• Maintain high standards for quality, clarity, and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in content, editorial, or digital communications, preferably in life sciences or other regulated industries
• Experience leading teams and managing high-volume content delivery in a complex organization
• Strong editorial and content development skills across formats
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible content
• Experience with content platforms, workflow tools, and digital channels; familiarity with AI tools preferred
• Strong organizational and operational leadership skills
• Ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities effectively
• Proven track record of improving content operations, efficiency, and output quality
