Job Description

Responsibilities

Create a weekly social calendar
Create, update, and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, CubConnect, CubHub, LinkTree, Later.com are active; Pinterest and YouTube are less active)
Post news, announcements, events, photos, job opportunities
Engage followers (comment back, highlight students, polls)
Design and present new social media campaign ideas using Canva
Monitor and reply to social media messages (under supervision of staff)
Assist with streamlining social media accounts, ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities
Highlight alumni and student interns on social media by conducting email interviews
Highlight employers at networking events (UCA Alumni preferred) and conduct in person interviews
Manage social media analytics
