Job Summary

Own end-to-end demand generation across digital, email, events, and webinars to build pipeline and align with sales and product marketing.

  • Growth Engine: Plan and run integrated campaigns across channels to feed the funnel.
  • Lifecycle & Enablement: Build nurture, lead scoring, routing, and performance dashboards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, events, and webinar channels
  • Own email marketing and nurture programs including build, test, optimize, and report on performance
  • Drive webinar promotion from concept through post-event follow-up, in coordination with content and product marketing
  • Activate event campaigns including pre-show outreach, on-site engagement, and post-event lead follow-through
  • Manage marketing automation platform execution including workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and routing
  • Build and maintain campaign reporting dashboards to track performance, pipeline contribution, and optimization opportunities
  • Partner closely with sa les to ensure lead handoff quality, SLA adherence, and feedback loops are in place
  • Coordinate with product marketing to ensure campaign messaging and assets are on-brand and persona-relevant

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing at a B2B start-up company
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with comfortable pulling reports, interpreting data, and making optimization decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working alongside sa les and marketing teams
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where you're building process, not just following it
  • Must be located in the United States; this is a remote role open to candidates across all U.S. time zones

Preferred

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, data analytics, or enterprise technology marketing
  • Experience supporting field events and trade show campaign activation
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Hubspot, and how marketing and sales data connect
  • Experience building campaign reporting frameworks from scratch
