Spliced is the creator and affiliate marketing platform purpose-built for Amazon and TikTok Shop sellers. We help brands connect with the right creators, run performance-based campaigns, and measure what's actually driving sales, including unmatched Amazon Attribution integration.

Our founder, Leo Sgovio, has been operating and building in the Amazon and TikTok Shop ecosystems for years. If you've been in this world long enough to know who's actually building versus who's just posting, you know the type of operator we mean.

We're looking for our first dedicated business development hire, and we're specifically looking for someone hungry, early in their career, and from inside the Amazon or TikTok Shop world. Someone who wants to learn the platform side of this industry by doing it.

This is a digger's role. You'll research the top Amazon and TikTok Shop brands, find your way in, run outbound, and book qualified demos. You won't be handed a list, you'll build the list. You won't be handed a script, you'll write outreach that actually gets opened. You'll work directly with the founder CEO, with a real seat at the table as we build.

Your primary objective is simple:

Find the right brands, get them interested, and book qualified demos.

•     Research and build target lists of top Amazon and TikTok Shop brands and agencies

•     Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach

•     Personalize outreach to founders, operators, and marketing leaders

•     Book qualified discovery calls and demos

•     Maintain accurate CRM tracking and follow-up discipline

•     Monitor response rates and continuously test messaging angles

•     Provide structured feedback on objections and market signals

Who this is for:

• Genuinely eager, curious, and interested in the Amazon, TikTok Shop, and creator economy space, you don't need to have worked in it yet
• You'd rather build something than coast somewhere comfortable
• Strong written communicator who can craft outreach that doesn't sound like outreach
• Wants to learn directly from a founder who's been deep in this space
• Comfortable with ambiguity, lean tools, and async work

Strongly Preferred:

• 1–3 years in the Amazon, TikTok Shop, creator, or affiliate marketing space (agency, brand-side, or platform)
• Prior outbound, sales, or cold-outreach experience

• Qualified demos booked per month
• Consistent outbound activity levels
• Clean CRM tracking
• Improving reply and booking rates over time

• Pay: approximately $25/hour, contract
• The pitch isn't the paycheck, it's the seat, the founder, and the bet on where this industry is going
• Clear check-in at 90 days to revisit scope and terms
