Empirical360 is a digital marketing agency exclusively focused on family law firms. We've built a proven system — and now we're building the team to scale it. This BDR role is one of the most important hires we make, because every single one of our closers will be promoted from within. The person reading this could be next.

You're getting in early. That means more visibility, more opportunity, and a direct line to the people making decisions. It also means there's no cruising. You'll own your pipeline, hit your numbers, and build something real — or this isn't the place for you.

The Business Development Representative will act as a pivotal part of our sales team by generating new leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing directly to the company's growth. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

What You’ll Do:

Generate & Qualify Sales Opportunities

• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and outbound efforts.
• Identify which prospects are worth pursuing—and which aren’t.

Outbound Prospecting with Purpose

• Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and targeted outreach.
• Personalize outreach based on research, not templates alone.

Run Strong Early-Stage Conversations

• Introduce Empirical360 clearly and credibly.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand a prospect’s goals, challenges, and urgency.

Pipeline Ownership & Hygiene

• Build and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline of engaged prospects.
• Use HubSpot to track activity, outcomes, and insights.

Set Up High-Quality AE Conversations

• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
• Ensure AEs walk into calls with real context—not just a name and a calendar invite.

Collaborate with Sales Leadership

• Report on weekly and monthly performance metrics.
• Share feedback from the field to improve messaging, targeting, and process.

Market Awareness

• Stay up to date on Empirical360’s services, positioning, and pricing.
• Understand what resonates—and what doesn’t—across different prospect profiles.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, AE, or similar sales role.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting (cold calls, cold emails, follow-ups).
• Experience working toward and achieving activity or pipeline targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Understanding of core sales metrics (MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities).
• Strong communication skills—you can hold attention and guide a conversation.
• Coachability, curiosity, and a willingness to improve rapidly.
• High personal accountability and consistency in execution.
