Own and scale the property management sales and marketing engine by signing up owner leads, expanding referrals, and driving multi‑channel lead generation, while collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure smooth handoffs.

Collaborate with marketing partners and operations to deliver consistent lead flow and seamless transitions

Job Description

Responsibilities

Meet with property owner leads and sign them up for management services
Prospect expired listings and for rent by owner listings
Network with local Brokerages and other referral partners
Attend networking events weekly
Create informational and fun content to drive business through social media
Sit on the leadership team and oversee sales & marketing
Work with our marketing partners to drive leads (PPC, Social, Organic)
Run CMA reports for rentals
Work closely with Operations to ensure a smooth handoff

Requirements

Two or more years proven and verifiable success in sales
Two or more years in marketing
Top-tier prospect development and presentation skills
Managing referrals across departments
Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM, Social Media
Self starter
Located within 20 miles of Long Beach, California
Local area knowledge
Real Estate Salespersons License (Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
