Job Summary

Own the marketing and business development ecosystem for designated BDIs, turning market intelligence, collateral management, and cross-team collaboration into coordinated growth opportunities and measurable funnel impact.

  • BDI Strategy & Execution: Align marketing and business development plans across markets and clients.
  • Content & Collaboration: Build and maintain resources, promote internal sites, and coordinate thought-leadership content.
  • Market Intelligence & Advocacy: Track competitors, trends, and industry innovations to inform decision making.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate marketing and BD plan development for designated markets and clients.
  • Become in-house expert on marketing attributes, drivers, and trends for assigned BD initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a resource database and promote internal collaboration and site management.
  • Research competitor activities, market intelligence, trends, and tech innovations.
  • Support brand awareness through internal/external media and targeted campaigns for the BDIs.
  • Prepare collateral materials, including research and graphical content; edit source materials.
  • Oversee CRM data entry, funnel integrity, and sales funnel reporting for BDIs.
  • Guide regional marketing staff and proposal teams in strategy, capture plans, and win themes.
  • Support industry associations awards nominations and submittals.
  • Plan and execute internal meetings and external conferences related to the BDI; manage collaboration sites.
