Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM and track leads, contacts, and opportunities
• Update and manage proposal pipeline.
• Plan and coordinate events (expos, CEUs, networking events, lunch & learns)
• Attend events across Florida and represent the company
• Manage social media (LinkedIn & Instagram & FB) including posting and content coordination
• Capture photos/videos at events and project sites
• Support marketing materials (presentations, brochures)
• Follow up with leads after events (email outreach and tracking)
• Maintain vendor and partner relationships
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or business development
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable attending events and building relationships
• Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset (“ready to go” attitude)
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida

Preferred

• Experience in engineering, construction, or professional services
• Familiarity with CRM systems or Trello
• Event planning experience
