Responsibilities

• Building relationships with real estate agents and builders
• Managing CRM and email marketing campaigns
• Promoting specialty loan programs such as bridge loans and non-warrantable condo financing
• Coordinating lunch-and-learn events and training sessions for agents
• Assisting with outreach to past clients and referral partners
• Helping keep our database organized and active

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Organized and proactive
• Comfortable making outreach calls
• Marketing or real estate experience is a plus (moved to nice_to_have)
