We are a rapidly growing and expanding firm in the Ft. Myers area focused on building strong relationships between brands and their customers through in-person events and campaign initiatives.

We are currently hiring a Business Development Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are motivated to learn, grow, and develop professional skills in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands at retail locations and live events
• Engage directly with customers to promote products and services
• Assist with customer acquisition and account setup
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Track daily performance and contribute to team goals
• Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales, communication, and leadership development

Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
