Building Products Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create and maintain an annual and monthly marketing calendar.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, leads, customer engagement, and sales.
• Track marketing performance and adjust strategies based on results.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and special projects.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Manage company social media accounts and day-to-day content.
• Develop engaging posts, videos, reels, stories, and other social content.
• Create and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, social media, content creation, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Experience with photography and video production/editing.
• Experience with graphic design software.
• Drone photography/videography experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar video-editing software
• Photography and videography
• Drone operation and aerial photography
• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
• Website content management
• Basic SEO and digital advertising
• Copywriting and content creation
