- Reporting and feedback loops to improve response quality and sentiment monitoring
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X), track online sentiment, and manage account inboxes
- Engage with outside brand accounts to boost brand awareness and develop brand voice
- Assist in responding to Google reviews across all locations, monitoring ratings, and analyzing sentiment
- Oversee third-party platforms for brand reputation management (Birdeye, Sprout, etc.) and manage communication with account contacts
- Support quality assurance online by being the eyes and ears for the Marketing Team during campaigns and activations
- Assist in training the Customer Service Team, evaluating submitted review replies, and giving critical feedback on formal writing and response strategy
- Monitor store brand reputation performance across all locations and assist in creating reports for management
