Job Summary

Own and drive partner-focused content, reputation and local SEO programs across multiple brands, guiding content calendars, reviews management, and brand alignment.

  • Build and nurture relationships with Partner companies to reflect each brand’s voice in content and reputation strategies.
  • Lead content calendars and collaboration with Marketing Managers, agencies, and Partner leadership to support campaigns and business priorities.
  • Own review generation and response programs across GBP, Yelp, and social platforms to monitor and improve local visibility and customer sentiment.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with Partner companies, becoming a trusted brand advocate and ensuring content and reputation strategies reflect each company’s local market, customer base, and brand voice.
  • Design, write, edit, and manage persuasive, on-brand content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, digital advertisements, marketing collateral and other customer communications.
  • Tailor messaging across Partner brands, markets, audiences, and service lines while maintaining consistent quality and alignment with individual brand personalities and standards.
  • Develop and manage content calendars in coordination with Marketing Managers, agency partners, and Partner leadership, ensuring content supports campaign priorities and business needs.
  • Partner with Marketing Managers and agencies on SEO strategy, website content, deadlines, and updates that improve organic visibility and conversion.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local SEO, content, and digital reputation best practices, using insights to improve rankings, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Own review generation and response programs across Google Business Profiles (GBP), Yelp, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, including adoption, consistency, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain review response guidelines, escalation protocols, and brand-specific templates for positive, negative, and sensitive customer feedback.
  • Monitor online reviews and broader reputation signals, partnering with local leaders to gather context, address concerns, and ensure timely, professional follow-up.
  • Manage the accuracy and consistency of business information across GBP, directories, social profiles, and other local listings, coordinating citation cleanup and updates with agency partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in content marketing, brand communications, online reputation, local SEO, customer experience, or a related role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and reputation tools.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset.
  • Create and maintain branded collateral - including sales materials, brochures, templates, and digital assets ensuring consistent, high-quality brand execution across Canopy and its Partner companies.

Preferred

  • 2-5 years experience in a multi-brand environment – home services industry preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications, advertising, or digital marketing preferred.
