Job Summary

Own and scale creator and athlete partnerships for a fast-growing women’s fitness brand, building a pipeline, seeding program, and long-term programs that convert into loyalty and advocacy.

  • Talent ecosystem: recruit, onboard, and manage athletes, creators, ambassadors, and managers to keep partnerships fresh and aligned with launches.
  • Partnership scale: develop micro-influencer seeding and UGC programs that drive awareness and add to ecommerce performance.
  • Portfolio governance: track ROI, renewals, and transitions from product seeding to long-term brand partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of YLA For Her's athlete, creator, ambassador, and partnership portfolio, ensuring every partner receives a best-in-class experience.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop relationships with athletes, creators, ambassadors, managers, agents, and key industry contacts aligned with the brand.
  • Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline, proactively identifying emerging creators and partnership opportunities ahead of competitors.
  • Develop and execute a structured micro-influencer seeding strategy to build awareness and drive organic growth around key launches.
  • Develop social-first partnership concepts that leverage athlete and creator relationships to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Regularly evaluate the partnership portfolio and make recommendations on partnerships to retain, expand, reactivate, or exit based on brand fit, performance, and business impact.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for all athletes, creators, and ambassadors.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, deliverables, renewals, and ongoing communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, product seeding, campaign participation, performance metrics, and relationship history.
  • Build long-term partnerships that strengthen engagement, loyalty, and advocacy while ensuring all contractual commitments are met.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in talent management, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, athlete relations, brand partnerships
  • Proven experience recruiting, managing, and growing athlete, creator, ambassador, or influencer partnerships from initial outreach through activation, performance management, and renewal
  • Experience negotiating partnership agreements, managing deliverables, and balancing multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, social platforms, and talent ecosystems, with experience building or managing UGC, ambassador, or creator programs preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the fitness, activewear, wellness, or lifestyle space, with a strong ability to identify talent and partnership opportunities that align with the brand
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, partnerships, and priorities simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance, identify opportunities, and make informed recommendations
  • A proactive, strategic, and hands-on operator who is comfortable building processes, solving problems, and executing in a fast-moving environment
