Responsibilities

• Brand Relationship Management
• - Support outreach, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing with major global brands.
• - Research and identify prospective brand partners across global markets.
• - Build an understanding of each partner’s advertising and brand objectives to align them with WESSCO partnership opportunities.
• - Maintain a comprehensive brand database with key information and insights.
• - Support partnership agreements, documentation, compliance, and organized archiving.
• - Stay current on trends across advertising, travel, and consumer brands.
• Product Development & Project Management
• - Collaborate with brand partners and internal teams to develop branded products across skincare, soft goods, and other consumer categories for global travelers.
• - Support brand collaborations across multi-year contracts from pre-launch through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in fashion, beauty, CPG, advertising sales, partnerships, business development, product development, or a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior brand contacts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and time zones at once.
• Curiosity about global brands, travel, and consumer trends.

Preferred

• Additional language skills are a plus.
