Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain a consistent posting schedule with curated stories
Source, vet, and manage micro-influencer and affiliate marketing collaborations
Help organize and coordinate campaign shoots with models
Create copy and visual planning that upholds the brand's luxury aesthetic
Develop authentic storylines for each founder and connect them to the Twin Archives brand narrative
Identify and secure brand deals, collaborations, events, and trips (primarily USA-based)
Manage posting consistency, curate stories, and brand voice for both founder accounts and the Twin Archives brand
Content editing, planning, scheduling, and posting
Copywriting and caption creation
Full ownership of the company's content calendar

Requirements

English fluency required
PR experience — positioning, pitching, and press outreach experience required
Experience managing fashion social media operations end-to-end
Analytical mindset with focus on growth, reach, views, and measurable results
Russian language knowledge is a plus

Preferred

Experience building personal brands (founder pages)
Experience coordinating campaign shoots with models
Luxury fashion brand experience
Experience building influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing programs
