Brand Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Organic Content & Social Media
• Drive the Three Spirit brand content strategy through a deep understanding of how to use organic channels to build our brand world, engage existing fans, reach new ones, and support our revenue driving channels (wholesale & DTC)
• Own social media end-to-end: content calendar, creation, copywriting, and performance reporting across organic channels (primarily IG and TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn secondary)
• Apply a test and learn mentality to challenge the social strategy to date, and take it to the next level. Balance performance data with brand intuition to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to go next.
• Spot and act on organic opportunities — trends, collaborations, spontaneous cultural moments, user-generated content — that build affinity and relevance with consumers and trade
• Keep organic content true to Three Spirit's tone of voice and visual identity
• Collaborate with Creator & PR manager to identify opportunities to leverage creator content for organic campaigns
• Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships & Activations
• Develop collaborations and partnerships with values-aligned brands across digital and IRL to expand our reach and create content and experiences that stick with consumers
• Responsible for day-to-day execution of partnerships, sponsorships and events - including briefs, cross-functional needs, channel plans, creative assets, budget, and timelines

Requirements

• Experience: 3–4+ years in brand marketing or social media management
• Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
