Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
• Manage social media content, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Coordinate the production of graphics, brochures, presentations, listing materials, and other marketing assets.
• Assist with website updates and basic SEO initiatives.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for leadership.
• Support agent marketing initiatives, including listing launches and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistency with company brand standards and messaging.
• Assist with CRM management, database organization, segmentation, and marketing lists.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, printers, and other marketing vendors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in marketing, brand coordination, real estate, hospitality, office administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a Brand Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role required.
• Strong background in marketing and social media management.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with LinkedIn and digital marketing platforms.
• Basic accounting and financial administration skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
