Job Summary

Own end-to-end product launches and cross‑functional campaigns, with a hands‑on role in packaging, campaign development, and toolkit creation that enables scalable, on‑time market introductions.

  • Launch Leadership: Drive two major product launches annually from strategy through post‑launch optimization.
  • Packaging & Campaign Ownership: Oversee packaging design, claims, approvals, and launch‑ready creative across markets.
  • Cross‑Functional Execution: Orchestrate budgets, timelines, and handoffs with internal teams and external partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of approximately two major product launches per year, partnering cross‑functionally to ensure on‑time, on‑strategy delivery.
  • Own core packaging development for new launches, including design, claims, approvals, and operational handoff.
  • Develop the core launch campaign, including positioning, messaging, and foundational creative assets.
  • Create and deliver a basic launch toolkit for indirect retail execution and clearly brief handoff to the CE&A team.
  • Manage launch budgets, timelines, and key deliverables across internal and external partners.
  • Analyze launch performance using sales, distribution, and consumer insights to inform optimization and reporting.
  • Support related advertising, POS, digital media, promotional initiatives, and consumer research.
  • Contribute to international launch readiness through adaptable brand platforms and toolkits, as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent. MBA strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Launch Management within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Experience leading product launches, packaging development, and coordinated campaign execution preferred.
  • Strong project management and launch leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage packaging development and creative campaigns.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in timeline‑driven environments.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly organized self‑starter with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
