Job Summary

Own Lindor brand growth by steering formats, product development, and 360 campaigns across a global, cross functional team.

  • Cross-functional ownership: lead Lindor format strategy, product development, and integrated campaigns.
  • Partner management and planning: oversee vendors/agencies and craft marketing plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Insights to action: run brand/consumer analysis and translate findings into recipes, promotions, and financial plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Lindor formats across cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, renovation, and brand initiatives for growth.
  • Manage vendor and agency partners and project delivery end-to-end.
  • Develop, present, and execute annual consumer-relevant marketing plans for Lindor formats with clear success metrics.
  • Oversee new product development for Lindor formats.
  • Execute full 360-degree campaigns across digital, social, media, shopper, and in-store touchpoints.
  • Apply consumer/category/brand insights to identify and implement business-building initiatives aligned to global strategy.
  • Lead analysis of brand, initiatives, competition, category, and consumer; synthesize insights to improve performance.
  • Lead insight gathering research to inform recipe development, promotions, and communication evolution.
  • Contribute to sales projections and financial planning by understanding brand metrics.
  • Develop marketing communications plans including media, social, PR, and consumer activations.

Requirements

  • Marketing experience within a FMCPG
  • Experience in new product development
  • Previous experience with full P&L responsibility, a plus
  • Experience working in an international corporate environment, a plus
  • Research experience - consumer panels & Qualitative / Quantitative research methods
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
