Job Summary

Own the brand strategy development, governance, and advocacy, coordinating cross-functional activations and communications to align with FourLeaf’s objectives.

  • Brand governance and measurement: define KPIs, report on health, and tie initiatives to business goals.
  • Activations and cross-functional campaigns: manage brand activations and collaborate with Community/Communications on events and movements.
  • Storytelling and ambassador programs: lead brand communications and grow employee advocacy internally and externally.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborative role that is accountable for the coordination, and oversight of the iterative development of brand strategy.
  • Cultivates the health and growth of the brand by managing comprehensive brand strategy that supports FourLeaf's business objectives.
  • Is a brand steward, bringing awareness to the brand and promoting advocacy for all brand initiatives and updates, internally and externally.
  • Support the development and lead execution of the brand strategy, ensuring all initiatives are closely tied to the company’s overarching brand and business objectives.
  • Manage reporting on the performance of all initiatives related to the brand. Establish clear and measurable objectives for brand health, aligning with the broader business goals. Define KPIs and be able to measure effectiveness of brand strategy and to assess brand health.
  • Manage the brand activations that support the brand and integrated movement campaigns, collaborating across the organization. Coordinate with Community and Communications team with events and communications related to brand and movements, ensuring communications are developed and deployed in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with teams such as Member Experience, Communications and Social Media to establish measurable objectives for brand health, report on brand sentiment internally and externally, and align with the broader business goals.
  • Responsible for all internal and external communications related to brand and movement campaigns and activations. Work with internal Communications and external Public Relations teams to ensure that the brand story and successes are being properly broadcast.
  • Manage the Brand Ambassador program, cultivating knowledge of the brand and increasing employee advocacy internally and externally.
  • Support ad hoc projects related to the brand movement that drive awareness and growth for the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years in marketing or related area.
  • Excellent grasp of marketing channels and tactics.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Trello or other project management software preferred.
