Job Summary

Own and evolve brand and product strategy through data-driven portfolio decisions, end-to-end brand management from concept to market, and cross-functional program execution that ties customer insights to GTM success.

Portfolio and calendar ownership: steer product timelines and roadmap decisions with analytics and consumer signals.
Brand craft and GTM: set positioning, audience targets, and multi-channel plans to hit defined objectives.
Cross-functional leadership: coordinate marketing, sales, product, and creative to launch on time and scale impact.

Job Description

Develops a rolling product innovation calendar in many possible ways of product development timelines
Lead decision making on the evolution of the respective brand portfolio by leveraging data, consumer insights and product expertise.
Responsible for all aspects of the brand management from initial concept to go-to-market including and not limited to: concept brief, copy, product positioning, competitive advantage, copy, artwork, etc.
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across the channels.
Evaluate analytics including but not limited to: sales, profitability, stocks, SKUs, etc., to extract key insights for future product development and go-to-market strategies and growing the category or brand in the market, by completing with formal proposals and recommendations on strategies and tactics.
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with cross-functional team to launch on time.
Responsible for the decision-making regarding content, production, and planning of all channels.
Close partnership with relevant cross-functional teams, to build but not limited to brand awareness, sales, profitability, stock levels, etc. by leading and gaining alignment.
Lead the category team by being transparent, evaluating performance, and providing coaching & feedback to growth of team members.
