Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Brand Image Specialist is responsible for supporting the visual standards and brand compliance of branded fuel locations working with Tiger.
  • This role monitors brand image performance, coordinates with major oil company representatives, and helps ensure locations meet required image program standards.
  • The Brand Image Specialist plays an important role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and reputation of the Tiger Family of Brands across all branded sites.
  • Review each branded location’s mystery shop results and determine the appropriate course of action, including:
  • Accepting results as satisfactory
  • Initiating a standard appeal
  • Recommending an on-site visit that may lead to a CURE appeal
  • Measure and track overall progress on average quarterly scores for each brand
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement across locations
  • Communicate regularly with major oil company brand representatives regarding site-specific image issues
  • Maintain professional working relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate promptly with the Vice President, Wholesale Sales regarding issues that require escalation or additional support

Requirements

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
  • Professional judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and reporting tools
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • This position requires regular travel to branded fuel locations as needed (up to 40% of work time is on the road) to support brand image compliance and site evaluations. Employees are compensated for all company-related travel through mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle, in accordance with company policy.
