Job Summary

Own brand identity and scalable creative systems across a multi location franchise while driving performance in digital campaigns and conversion-focused pages.

Brand Identity & Creative Systems: maintain typography, color, and visual style across channels and create templates for franchise scale
Digital Creative & Testing: design ads for Google/Meta, landing pages for leads, and test concepts with the paid media team
Website & Print Assets: craft landing page/site visuals and print collateral, collaborating with developers to ensure responsive, top-tier UX

Job Description

Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Direction: maintain and elevate the Honest Abe brand identity across channels, ensure typography/color/system consistency, and create scalable design templates for a multi-location franchise network
Digital Marketing Creative: design high-performing creatives for paid media, build landing page designs for lead generation, develop concepts for campaigns, and test ideas with the paid media team
Website & Landing Page Design: craft layouts for pages and site updates, collaborate with front-end developers to implement in WordPress, and ensure mobile-friendly UX and visual hierarchy
Print & Franchise Marketing Assets: design door hangers, direct mail, billboards, sales collateral, yard signs, and vehicle graphics, and create scalable templates for franchise use
