Job Description

Build and own Kalshi's brand measurement framework and campaign effectiveness across awareness, consideration, engagement, conversion, retention, and brand perception. Measure impact of marketing campaigns across multiple funnel stages and brand sentiment. Conduct audience research to identify target segments, messaging opportunities, and creator partnerships. Design and execute creative testing and concept validation programs before campaigns launch. Develop and maintain ongoing brand tracking programs for awareness, consideration, sentiment, and perception metrics. Monitor brand sentiment, search interest, engagement trends, and consumer feedback across channels. Analyze campaign, creator, placement, and channel-level performance to identify key drivers of success. Partner with Data, Growth, and Marketing teams to measure brand lift and understand campaign impact. Build competitive intelligence programs tracking competitor activity, messaging, sponsorships, and market positioning. Deliver recurring reports, analyses, and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership. Translate complex data into clear insights that inform creative, media, and marketing strategy. Build systems that ensure learnings are captured and applied across future campaigns.
