Responsibilities

• Welcome attendees and create an inclusive, positive experience.
• Represent the SideBy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Share our mission and answer questions about the platform and upcoming events.
• Encourage attendees to join the SideBy community.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics.
• Gather attendee feedback and insights after each activation.

Requirements

• Is friendly, outgoing, and dependable.
• Enjoys talking with new people and making others feel welcome.
• Can work evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
• Has reliable transportation to events throughout the Orlando area.
• Is at least 18 years old.

Preferred

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, student organizations, or community leadership is a plus, but not required.
