Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators across social media platforms.
• Explain the ChitChat value proposition and platform benefits.
• Guide creators through registration and onboarding.
• Help creators launch their first livestream and storefront.
• Maintain relationships with creators and support ongoing growth.
• Reach out to ecommerce brands and merchants.
• Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding meetings.
• Guide brands through seller registration and setup.
• Assist brands with product uploads, storefront configuration, and campaign preparation.
• Help brands launch their first creator-led commerce campaign.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable conducting video calls and product demonstrations.
• Experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, ecommerce, social commerce, or sales is preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Passion for helping creators and brands succeed.
