Job Summary

  • Build awareness for HVAC and plumbing services among residential buyers while avoiding hard sell and scripts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Brand Ambassador on McKeon’s Street Team, you represent McKeon in neighborhoods across the Kennesaw area. You knock doors, offer services and introduce homeowners to who McKeon is and what we stand for.
  • You are the first impression McKeon makes. The role is part outreach, part relationship-building, and part logistics. No hard selling. No scripts to memorize. Just genuine conversations and real value delivered at the door.

Requirements

  • Comfortable knocking doors and starting conversations with strangers
  • Self-motivated — you manage your own time and do not need to be chased
  • Reliable transportation to reach neighborhoods around Kennesaw
  • Smartphone for tracking and the canvassing app we use
  • Background check required — you will be entering homes

Preferred

  • HVAC or plumbing background is a major plus, not a requirement
  • No prior sales experience needed — we train you on everything
