Job Summary

Engage shoppers in person at Clinton in a brand ambassador context, owning the customer-facing demo flow and concise program education to drive understanding and positive impressions.

In-store Engagement: Welcome shoppers, answer questions, and educate about the program to drive understanding.
Demos & Materials: Conduct in-store demonstrations, distribute informational materials, and capture event photos.
On-site Recaps & Logistics: Submit a brief recap after activation and represent the program professionally and enthusiastically.

Requirements

Friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Comfortable engaging with shoppers
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation
Comfortable learning and demonstrating a technology-based consumer service using a tablet or touchscreen kiosk (training provided)

Preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Local to the Clinton area or familiar with the surrounding community preferred
Brand Ambassador, retail, customer service, promotional, sales, or experiential marketing experience is a plus
